The Social media influencer and bartender was found dead in Mount Vernon.
Ariella La Langosta, social media influencer and girlfriend of rapper Takeshi 6ix9ine, has been killed at the age of 29.
CBI News reports that Langosta, also known as a popular New York City bartender, was found dead inside a vehicle on the Cross County Parkway in Mount Vernon on Sunday, August 17, 2025.
The news was confirmed by 6ix9ine, whose real name is Daniel Hernandez, in an emotional Instagram tribute.
Remembering her as a “tremendous woman” and “my sister,” the rapper shared photos and videos of the two together, laughing and dancing.
Authorities say Langosta’s death is being treated as suspicious.
Westchester County Police said officers responded around 8 a.m. Sunday, a report of a disabled vehicle near the Broad Street exit. Inside, they discovered Langosta dead behind the wheel.
Police added that she “may have been targeted for violence,” and the case is being investigated as a crime.
The Westchester County Medical Examiner’s Office has taken custody of her body and will conduct an autopsy to determine the exact cause of death.
